These sessions are small group 3-4 people. You will receive everything you need to do from the time you wake up till you go to bed. Full meal plan, workouts during your time off or travel. You do not have to find people for your group just download the app and pick your time. Now there is a price point and flexibility to meet your schedule and fitness needs. This is not like a boot camp. These small groups are designed to meet individuals needs and body types.
