Peak Performance Athlete Training Develops Better Athletes
Peak Performance is an extension of Control Results, with a hyper focus on athletic performance and speed training. The partnership of Control Results and Coach Avery Tucker gives us the ability to create programming that focuses on the skills young athletes need to excel in their sport. Learning to jump, run, cut and move in all directions properly and efficiently results in increased speeds and reduced risk of injury. With strength training and conditioning, athletes learn the foundational movements (push, pull, squat, hinge, lunge, rotate and carry) to develop higher levels of play for improved performance.

  • Peak Performance offers individual, small group, large group, and team training.
  • Athletes work through a dynamic warm up session, 90 minutes of focused training, technical skill block and strength and conditioning.
Standing Class Times: Ages 13-18 Only

Monday thru Thursday: 7pm-8:30pm

Fridays 6pm-7:30pm
