Group Training Options

Group fitness classes are offered at different times of the day Monday – Saturday. You’ll challenge yourself with a variety of exercises, fitness equipment and functional movements.

GROUP sessions are broken down by muscle group and change each day – a proven method for creating results over doing a full body workout every day. This format allows us to lead a safer, more effective session. Work at your own pace and get encouragement when you need it.

HYBRID sessions give members access to unlimited group workouts as well as private training sessions. This is an affordable and flexible training solution for those who enjoy group workouts but also want the individualized direction private training offers.

FULL BODY LIFT
Get a full body workout to start the week strong and recover from the weekend.
5 am, 6 am, 9 am, 4 pm, 6 pm

Tuesday
CARDIO PRESS
Use “press” movements to build muscle and tone chest, shoulders, and triceps, while cardio keeps your heart rate up to burn calories.
5 am, 6 am, 9 am, 4 pm, 6 pm
Wednesday
LEG SMASH
Legs get all the attention in this class with a variety of exercises that build strength and mobility.
5 am, 6 am, 9 am, 4 pm, 6 pm
Thursday
CARDIO PULL
Get ready to sweat in this high cardio class with “pull” movement exercises.
5 am, 6 am, 9 am, 4 pm, 6 pm
Friday
FULL BODY & CORE
End the week with a full body workout grouping 2-3 lifting positions together along with cardio in each circuit. If you missed any workouts during the week, this class let you hit all muscle groups and works your core, too!
