Control Results is home to a exceptional peak performance training for youth athletes from middle school through college to professional sports. Build coordination skills, increase speed, improve strength and conditioning, along with learning foundational movements that translate into better performance on the field.

Performance Coach Avery Tucker guides athletes to perform their best while also building a strong work ethic. Through Skill of Movement training athletes improve their running, deceleration and landing mechanics, lateral movement and body awareness.Technical skill building, strength training and conditioning combine to help athletes be the best they can be.

We have 3 programs to choose from: 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week, billed monthly.

Starting June 19, 2023
Monday: 7-8:30 pm
Tuesday: 10-11:30 am and 7-8:30 pm
Wednesday: 7-8:30 pm
Thursday: 10-11:30 am and 7-8:30 pm
Friday: 10-11:30 am and 7-8:30 pm
